FFXIV needs to fix job gearing. Caster 720 "blue" gear has too much spell speed. Two of the four caster jobs (I'm not counting BLU), SpS is useless (SMN, RDM). PCT only marginally benefits SpS, so that leaves BLM. I should be able to meld per job instead of per role.
