Thanks to Jo Romero for mentioning my man, Anthony Woodville a few times, in her chapter on Henry VII and Elizabeth of York in her latest book Tudor Power couples. Brightened my first day back at work for 2026 reading it on my lunch break. 🥰 #anthonywoodville #fifteenthcentury #tudor #historybook

My interests are: Renaissance #humanism, Rome in the #fifteenthcentury, #bookhistory, #socialhistory, and #culturalhistory. I work with the sociology of intellectuals, studying their social and cultural worlds as they produced their written works: men behind their books, and their communities. 3/
