I wish I could have made one of Seth's dream formats a reality. I called it the Quantum format.
It is essentially a legacy ban list with a time frame.

@mtggoldfish.com #fishmail goldfish doing pauper would be great. pauper content having bad views is a self-fulfilling prophecy, not many great brewers or players doing pauper so even the pauper players don't watch much. Seth certainly has the brewing chops to pull it off, make it feel fresh.
