The two fairy tale kids are on the magically drawn boat, now slightly duller and with any glow. Out on the sea, the sky grows dark. Three figures have emerged from the water: strange merpeople singing a song that (in the form of glowing notes on staves) waves across the scene. Following their bodies down, we see that they're just branches on an appendage coming off the head of a giant angler fish below the water's surface; it's got glowing eyes and a lot of teeth, and is ready to eat the kids. The taller kid is falling asleep at the front of the boat. The shorter kid has used the inkbrush to draw in the book, and a BELL comes off the page, bright white with sparkly blue magic; the kid rings it, shattering the staves and notes of the siren song. A fancy scroll caption reads: "This strange lullabye weaves a web of SLEEP."
This was #4: "Sleep." #FolkTaleWeekSleep
