[#TOP이슈] 뉴진스 팬덤, 다니엘 퇴출한 어도어 보이콧→완전체 지지 총공 계속…“WE STAND WITH NEWJEANS” #뉴진스 #WESTANDWITHNEWJEANS #NEWJEANS #FreeNewJeans #NoDanielleNoNewJeans 그룹 뉴진스의 팬덤이 다니엘의 복귀와 완전체 활동을 지지하며 총공을 계속 하고 있다. 최근 뉴진스 팬들은 X(구 트위터)를 통해 “WE STAND WITH NEWJEANS”라며 뉴진스의 완전체 활동만을 지지하는 해시태그 총공을 진행 중이다. 뉴진스 팬들은 ‘Free NewJeans’, ‘No Danielle No NewJeans’, ‘AllDoors Are Closed’라는 해시 태그 총공을 진행하며 다니엘을 퇴출한 어도어를 보이콧 하겠다는 강경한 입장을 보이고 있다. 뉴진스/톱스타뉴스 HD포토뱅크 팬들은 “뉴진스 5인 완전체의 구 작업물과 음원이 아닌, 2025년 12월 29일 이후의 모든 하이브 어도어 콘텐츠를 보이콧한다”며 “뉴진스 완전체를 훼손하고 멤버들과 민희진, 팬들을 괴롭히는 어도어와 하이브에 끝까지 맞서겠다”고 어도어와 하이브를 상대로 강경한 입장을 드러내고 있다. 앞서 뉴진스는 지난 2024년 11월 기자회견을 통해 어도어에 전속 계약 해지를 일방적으로 통보했으며, 1년 동안 이어진 법적 분쟁 끝에 해린과 혜인은 어도어로 복귀하게 됐다. 어도어는 뉴진스와 전속 계약이 유효하다고 같은 해 12월 전속계약유효확인 소송을 제기했으며, 지난달 30일 승소했다. 이후 소속사 어도어는 지난해 12월 공식입장을 통해 “어도어는 전속계약유효확인의 소 판결 확정 이후 민지, 하니, 다니엘 및 세 멤버의 가족 분들과 많은 대화를 나눠왔다”며 먼저 어도어에 복귀한 해린, 혜인에 이어 법무법인을 통해 복귀를 선언한 민지, 하니, 다니엘 측과도 논의했음을 알렸다. 어도어는 세 멤버들의 어도어 복귀 여부에 대해 “진솔한 대화 끝에, 하니는 법원의 판결을 존중하여 어도어와 함께 하기로 결정했다. 민지 역시 어도어와 대화를 나누고 있으며, 상호 간의 이해를 넓히기 위한 논의를 지속적으로 이어가고 있다”고 상황을 설명했다. 하지만 세 사람 중 다니엘에 대해서는 “다니엘의 경우 뉴진스 멤버이자 어도어 소속 아티스트로 함께 하기 어렵다고 판단해 당사는 금일 전속계약해지를 통보했다”며 “이번 분쟁 상황을 초래하고 뉴진스 이탈과 복귀 지연에 중대한 책임이 있는 다니엘 가족 1인과 민희진 전 대표에 대해서는 법적 책임을 물을 예정”이라고 전속 계약 해지 및 법적 조치를 취할 것을 밝혔다. 어도어는 다니엘, 다니엘의 가족 1인, 민희진 전 대표를 상대로 위약벌 및 손해배상청구 소송을 제기했고, 청구 금액은 약 431억 원으로 알려졌다. 뿐만 아니라 어도어는 최근 뉴진스 공식 팬 커뮤니티 플랫폼 ‘포닝’ 운영에 대해 다니엘의 대화 내역 운영을 종료하게 됐음을 공지하며 본격적으로 뉴진스에서 다니엘을 지우고 있다. 다니엘이 없는 민지, 하니, 해린, 혜인의 향후 뉴진스 활동 여부 역시 아직까지 공식적으로 입장을 내놓지 않고 있다. 어도어가 제기한 손해배상청구소송은 오는 26일 첫 변론기일이 진행된다.
