A small tatted butterfly made up of four rings all arranged around a center point, with the upper two rings slightly larger than the lower rings. The ends of the thread extend straight upward like antennae. Each ring has several small decorative picots mimicking the scalloped edge of a butterfly’s wing.

I made a butterfly! It’s not quite perfect but it’s my first actual completed tatting piece.
