@cnn.com #DAnaBash, #tRump appears to be unaware of flooding in #GuadeloupeRiver area. Area has +20ft waves hit area each year. It's common, what's not common , this one was 10ft higher than normal. The wave took a bit of time to get to location to do harm. Enough time to alert people of hazard.
