Back & Biceps. Feeling drained before I even got to the gym. Food and coffee didnโ€™t do much to energise me and the gym was fuller than I hoped.
Still, itโ€™s about turning up. Just focused on form, taking it slow, and making sure Iโ€™m targeting the muscles.

Heavy squats done for this training session. My trainer said my squat form was solid, I was really happy to hear that & I have definitely come a long way on those.
