Deload leg day- 40 min, 19.2k lifted. Joints felt great. Walked 20 minutes at slight angle 3.3 mph, then 5 more for cool down 2.5 mph. Mobility afterwards for over 30 minutes. Eat and sleep are needed. #GymSky #FitnessSky
