Pride Guitar in my shop.

San Cristobal cigar box with sound holes, tailpiece and installed piezo pickup.

"Pride Box" by Proud Cat Creations with three-string hardtail bridge, and flat-mounted humbucker.

Back in the shop this week. Finished the box for a four-string acoustic and added the bridge and pickup to my Pride guitar (a three-string electric). Feels good to be building again. #cigarboxguitars #handtoolwoodworking

Less spicy, more nerd. I’m in Colonial Williamsburg for a hand-tool woodworking event this weekend. I actually grew up in this area and never enjoyed coming here. History can suck most times but in my recovery I’ve learned to take what you like and leave the rest. #handtoolwoodworking
