Anyone else with #HarryandDavid problems this year? I ordered something on De 13. They created the shipping label Dec 16. Package has yet to arrive and customer service won't tell me what's going on. Nor will they refund my money, because it's already in transit. . . for 10 days.

Parents’ve been told repeatedly I’ll accept nothing from them, but they sent a box from #HarryAndDavid anyway. The #FoodShelf in Forest Lake were able to get rid of it for me, thankfully.
