Donated 11 more pounds of produce from the #Garden to Aliveness Project yesterday. Their #FoodShelf is amazing. They were sorting a huge batch of potatoes to remove the bad ones. Such great people offering great services.

The #foodshelf challenged us this week to help use up frozen diced peaches. Chef Matt cooked them down into a peach compote to go over pancakes with bacon and home fries. They weren't made in a dedicated GF kitchen, but they were made specifically with King Arthur gluten-free flour.
