So in preparation for my #heartsurgery, BB and I are going to a marriage counselor to try to be as prepared for our big challenge as possible. We have a great relationship but this is a huge test.

I realized the one we picked is ~9mos post PsyD. Poor thing is a baby dealing with weeeiird clients.

Heart surgery status update:

Everything is on track for June 3rd. Next appointment is May 18 for my preop instructions. Now I just get to live my life until surgery.

Well, my insurance company has approved my LH Cath, which was expected but still good to confirm.

It’s the 25th - and will tell us if I need a coronary artery bypass graft (CABG - “cabbage”) at the same time.

I don’t expect to. I’m heart healthy and no family hx.
