During the 1980's, #HerbTrimpe became #Marvel's go to artists on licensed property, working #Godzilla, #ShogunWarriors and most notably, #G.I.Joe, which was one of Marvel's top selling series at the time.
#HerbTrimpe would co-creator #CaptainBritain with writer #ChrisClaremont in 1976, first appearing in #CaptainBritainWeekly. Originally meant as a British 'Captain America', the character has remained a mainstay in #MarvelComics ever since, in one form or another.
