The medal was metal!
15/ #ホノルルマラソン のメダルをゲット！最後の約7キロはやっぱり一番つらかった。しかも汗のため携帯は使えなく隣のランナー(実はウォーカー)さんと話をしながらフィニッシュラインまでがんばった。
#HonoluluMarathon medal in hand! The last 4 miles were pretty tough. And my clothes were soaked so I couldn’t properly document the end. Made it to the finish thanks to all my great neighbors!

Yemane Haileselassie (ERI) got his 1st-ever marathon victory at #HonoluluMarathon today, clocking 2:11:59 in warm and humid conditions.
"I'm happy and grateful for this opportunity," said Haileselassie. "I will use this money to support my family back in Eritrea."

1/ Taking a break from business as usual today to participate in my first-ever #HonoluluMarathon, alongside 30,000 other people! I’m a walker b/c of a back injury so I’m so happy to have found a marathon with no qualifying time. Which means lots of pictures & commentary if things get slowER 😸
