Tossed Noodles with Skinless Wontons -- Hot Thai Kitchen

A version of Tossed Rice Vermicelli with Skinless Wontons from "Sabai" (pg 193) by Hot Thai Kitchen chef Pailin Chongchitnant. Had leftover soup rice noodles instead of vermicelli and did not have Chinese BBQ.
