Die Vernunft hat über die Hoffnung gesiegt. Nachdem sich Frauchen nun noch ein lädiertes Knie beim Parkrun letzte Woche angelacht hat, ist Laufen aktuelln icht möglich. Also -> Trainingsrückstand bleibt. Also -> fürs #IATF auf den "Rookie Run" umgemeldet. Geht hoffentlich auch als "Oldie Run" 😂🏃♀️

Also ich bin mit Frauchens Leistung gar nicht zufrieden. Ts ts. Ist sie geschlendert oder was? Die Zeit ist ja indiskutabel. 🤔 🏃♀️
Und damit ist sie 2. in ihrer Altersklasse geworden? Das soll ich gelten lassen?
Das wird noch ein hartes Stück Arbeit für mich Laufcoach. #IATF
