ICYMI here is my basic bread recipe:
1 yeast cube, broken up
600ml warm water
2tsp sugar
» mix and let it sit for 10mins
800g flour
100g seeds
2tsp salt
» mix with above liquid
» bake 70mins at 200ºC,
not pre-heated, top & bottom heat
