This past May I had to withdraw from a local backyard marathon due to foot issues. I did that hoping to make sure I'd be okay for the 24h relay in early August.
Today I had to withdraw from that. Only this time it was a knee.
Not the best day.

First two boot workouts. Running is prohibited for two weeks but lifting is allowed. Just trying to keep moving as much as possible.
