Born 8 November 1927, Ken Dodd, singer & comedian. His 1965 UK No.1 single 'Tears' topped the UK singles chart for 5 weeks and sold over a million copies in the UK. In the 1960s, his fame was such that he rivalled The Beatles as a household name. He died on 11 March 2018 aged 90. #KenDodd
