Guess who forgot to take his ADHD meds with him when he went to donate platelets. So missed his evening dose and, after getting up at 6am to be on the radio, is now crashing into high levels of fatigue.

I suspect that Bayern will win comfortably; they're my favourites for the Champions league. I hope that we'll get past Leverkusen on Tuesday, but we're running out of steam.

In a highly unusual move, I went out to a party on NYE and stayed overnight with the hosts. Think we went to bed about 3.30am. Despite a 2-hr nap y'day pm and 10 hours' kip overnight, not sure I'll manage to regain enough stamina to go out again much before NYE 2026. #Knackered
