I finally got the chance to visit the much-talked-about, newly opened Semmozhi Poonga! 🌳🌷 This isn't just any #park; it is truly becoming Coimbatore's pride. Located centrally at Dr Nanjappa Rd, ATT Colony, Gopalapuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - 641018, India, this massive botanical garden is a game-changer for the city. It was recently inaugurated by the Honourable Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Thiru M K Stalin, and the excitement among the locals has been huge! 🎉 I decided to make a family day of it and visited this beautiful poonga with my loved ones. 👨👩👧👦 In this trending shorts video, I want to give you a quick glimpse of our pleasant trip and share our first impressions. From the moment we stepped in, we were blown away by the sheer scale and beauty of the place. The landscaping is impeccable, featuring a vibrant array of native and exotic plants, perfectly manicured lawns and serene water bodies. 🌺🦆 It feels like a lush oasis amidst the concrete jungle. The air felt fresher, and the sounds of traffic were replaced by the chirping of birds and the rustling of leaves. It's the perfect spot for so many things: a peaceful morning jog, a fun evening picnic with family, a romantic stroll or just finding a quiet corner to sit and read a book. 📖 There are dedicated play areas that the kids absolutely loved and plenty of beautiful spots for those Instagram-worthy photos! 📸 Honestly, though, this video only scratches the surface. The #SemmozhiPoonga is HUGE! We spent a good few hours walking around, soaking in the nature vibe, but we realized very quickly that we hadn't even covered half of it. To fully explore every themed garden, walkway and corner of this massive park, I reckon it would require at least two full days! 🤯
