For my embroidery today, I enjoyed stitching more flower stems! I did whipped backstitch and lazy daisy for the helenium flower stems while listening to a kick-*ss audiobook.

I did backstitch for the top of the cauldron and did lazy daisy stitches for the green leaves and the flower petals.
One lazy daisy was loose on the back. I couldn’t fix it but secured it with a knot!

I think I might have entered an alternate dimension. I thought I was done with my embroidery for the day and when Ross was in a meeting, I picked it back up. I finished the daisy petals and did the green fronds combining #backstitch and #lazydaisy stitching techniques.
