This combines open source tech, community technologies, #solarpunk, #librarysocialism together to form a network of local fab labs that take discarded items, and remake them into useful things. A community tool library, fab lab, and recycling center could make a robust local supply chain.

I always think collectivism is good but in this case especially. If you have a small fortune, to spend go ahead, but you'd have more impact with a group of friends & neighbors. 50 people getting 10 books each to share will do more good than 50 people buying 20 books for themselves. #librarysocialism
