Since I was at #ShelterCove in #LindaMar, CA to take a few pictures of the washed-up scores of dead Velella, I also took a few pictures of the #shanty town that lines the cove.

Recently millions or likely hundreds of millions of Velella have washed up on local beaches. I posted the first picture a few weeks ago. Some more pictures from #ShelterCove, #LIndaMar, CA, taken this afternoon. The latter three images show only dead Velella. They smell like shrimp!
