Every city should have streets like this - Lambeth Oval Low Traffic Neighbourhood. Human scale, green, people, bike, scooter, wheelchair friendly, slow and quite. Cars are permitted but are not permitted to dominate the street.

What it will take to fix Ottawa’s ‘stroad’ problem Streets were designed for slower speeds. Roads were designed to move vehicles as quickly as possible. A stroad attempts to do both.
