Photo shows two compact concrete buildings in bright colours. The main colours are yellow and orange. The contrast colour is light blue on the front wall and gate pillars, the handrails and the foundation concrete. There are some Khmer words written over the door on the closest building. The second building has 2 floors, and the second floor have a balcony, were the handrail is in yellow and deep red. The building are framed by trees. It is a sunny day, but the sky is most overcast with some blue spots. Both houses have a well used broom leaning to the handrail. Cambodia is as safe, comfortable and kind as ever. Angkor and Siem Reap warmly welcomes visitors.
The colourful monastery
The living quarters for the monks at Wat Thmey monastery are not spacious, but definitely well cared for and maintained.
This monastery is connected to Thammissararam Pagoda, Roluos village.
