Add in a trip to the theatre to see Dear Evan Hansen, attending a gender reveal party, and going to see Six The Musical at the cinema, has made a bit of a dent in my reading progress. On the countdown to the clock changing again, and, better new for me, a succession of short working weeks. Training most of this week, but I'm off Friday afternoon and then not back in the office until Tuesday. Bargain. In fact, for one reason or another (plus all the Bank Holidays over April and May) I don't think I work another full week for about seven weeks.

Of the 55 thrillers I’ve read this year, these 10 by #LyndaLaPlante have been the most enthralling and enjoyable and I’m looking forward to reading more. There are a further 4 books in the Jane Tennison series and a new Jack Warr novel due next year. Highly recommended!

As one of the many who swallowed the official version of why #EvaMottley wasn't in WIDOWS 2 it's enraging to read the events related by #LyndaLaPlante in her memoir
(although if the writer won't watch it, at least the rest of us have an excuse now).
