I forget what I forgot and I forgot what I said this is all so confusing what was I saying again? days blur together memories fall apart every evening at sunset my mind simply departs I don't remember my family or even if I have any how many years left in me? I hope there aren't many

Nothing rhymes with embarrassment.
That all-or-nothing thing that do-nothings know:
the crushing feeling of being good-for-nothing,
flushing shame, hushing game, rushing blame.
Airbrushing with claims 'twas nothing
worsens embarrassment.

embarrassment rises in pale cheeks as I can feel the redness spread it stings sharp, like a thousand bees yet I don't know what I had said everyone's staring, they all hate me - why? "if you don't know, I'm not gonna say," it's really unfair, I'm not the bad guy but I'll leave to keep peace, I'll go away
