Rigged up a projector in the garage to display templates and am using a 24x32 cutting mat for calibration. It works a treat and will be really useful for future projects

Making progress on the weight tree, got the plate holders welded on and the structure finished. Did a full load test and shot some paint. It should go back together today.

Mrs Risky got the Emerald City Model and chose translucent Emerald green. After printing 1 I said these would be cool with under light. Some CR2032 fairy lights and custom box, they now light up. /1

A CAD model of a robot cat head
it’s basically #makeshitmonday , so here’s me starting my robot cat head project. The front is gonna have a matrix of LEDs using light strips and a mmwave sensor for tracking people. More info and updates coming soon since it needs to be finished for AnthroNW.

Started redoing the power setup to my badge wall. More USB power supplies. Modified them to be wall mountable. Shorter cable runs, so cleaner and easier to power things. Many badges require writing custom firmware so they power on in a blinky mode state, so it's still slow going. #makeShitMonday
