Porsche 911 GT3, hâlihazırda oldukça güçlü ve hızlı bir araç. Ancak her zaman iyileştirmeye yer var ve bu konuda adım atan son şirket dünyaca ünlü Manthey olmuştu. Şirket, Porsche mühendislerinin desteğiyle 911 GT3 için özel bir karbon fiber gövde kiti hazırladı. Bu gövde kitiyle aracın yere basma kuvveti 285 km/s hızda 540 kg’a (pist modunda) kadar çıkarıldı. Normal moddaki yere basma kuvveti ise 355 kg’a çıkarılan model, yapılan diğer iyileştirmeler ve arka jantlarda kullanılan karbon fiber aerodinamik disklerin katkısıyla daha hızlı bir canavar hâline getirildi. Modeli Nürburgring Nordschleife pistine çıkaran DTM şampiyonumuz Ayhancan Güven, standart modelin tur zamanını 2,76 saniye iyileştirerek 6:52.981’e kadar çekti.
