Another #sundayrunday #longrun completed. One 45 min outdoor run w #marceldinkins & one 30 min outdoor run #mattymaggiacomo. I kept my pace slow bc it’s #hot #humid the miles & time on my feet were my priority.The lake was gorgeous. Back to the city later today. #runner #running #intervals #jeffing
