If science can come up with drops to dilate pupils, why can’t they invent drops to then close those same pupils?

I have #POTS, medicated sinus #tachycardia, and orthostatic intolerance. Since I got a #fitbit, I've noticed that my #heart rate goes DOWN when I get upset. By like 40 bpm. Anyone know if this indicates anything? #medicalquestion
