If all that fails within 2 hours, I go to the hospital, where I will receive a shot of Toridol (like super-ibuprofen) and more Zofran. That usually resolves the issue.

I’ll be fine it’s just that not even narcotics fix the pain, just intra-nasal lidocaine spray.
It’s dumb, the chronic migraine can be treated with weed and Tylenol but the acute one can’t.
