Coral Castle in Florida is arguably the world's heaviest love letter built by Edward Leedskalnin (1887-1951) after his fiancée left him a day before their wedding. He spent 30 years bullding it all by himself, using 1,000 tons of oolitic limestone blocks cut to unusually high accuracy, using homemade tools and no mortar or formal training. When asked why he built it, he would only reply "Sweet Sixteen, " referring to his fiancée.
