A photo of the moth from above, the moth's spread wings are mostly dark brown with some tan towards the front, and a wavy tan line along the rear of both sets of wings. There is also a wavy black line and areas of darker scales. Along the front of the forewings there are 4 irregular spots of white.

Today's #MothMonday goodness is late as it was also #MigraineMonday (Am better now thanks to meds). This is the Oak Beauty #Moth, Phaeoura quernaria. A first sighting for me! 😁

vestibular Migraine Vestibular Migraine is a type of migraine. Migraine is disorder of the brain, which causes hypersensitization to various sensory inputs such as light, sound, motion, smell and pain. Unlike the classic migraine, which is described as severe, throbbing headache, vestibular migraine has no pain associated with it 50% of the time. Vestibular migraine causes episodes of dizziness described as rocking, spinning, floating, swaying, internal motion and lightheadedness. Migraine World summit Migraine Monday. Migraine by the numbers. Migraine and headache disorders awareness. Migraine is the 2nd leading cause of disability worldwide. Headache disorders are the 3rd leading cause of years lost due to disability. Those living with migraine have 2-3 times the rate of depression, 5x the rate of anxiety,and 2.5x the rated of suicide compared to the general population. While migraine is known for head pain it also manifests in a variety of ways such as cognitive, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal and vestibular symptoms.
