I was a huge fan of #moomin , both the comics, the books & the anime show when I was a kid. Finally managed to finish my entry for the ‘My Moominhouse’ competition :3 roughly 20-24 characters. While the goal was to draw the moomin house, to me, home isn’t necessarily a place. It’s a feeling of acceptance. No matter who you are <3

A little Moomintroll, next to a tiny broom inside a Moominhouse. The spiral staircase has just been swept.

I remembered I had a tiny broom, which made sweeping the little stairs in the #Moominhouse much easier.

My Moominhouse dollhouse I have been assembling, two floors are visible, a chandelier hangs from the ceiling of the first floor, a staircase is visible with a little Frogby cat guy, the second floor has Moomintroll and a painting on the wall.

A miniature bed and table, the bed has a little pillow I stitched by hand

Working on my #Moominhouse today, spending the first bit of time taking everything out and dusting it all off because it’s been so long. I wish I had a miniature feather duster, would be very helpful right now, but a microfiber cloth seems to be doing the job.
