#CPTSD #NightTerrors were intense last night but I'm doing alright. Its so hard to get people without #PTSD or CPTSD to understand just how terrifying and draining those are to have every night or nearly every night for 22+ years. They never seem to go away. If you know someone with PTSD be kind.
