Please don't mistake my lack of interaction for not caring or being too busy. I'm really struggling lately.
I do what I can when I can. I have to correct every other word 3 times. I'm so clumsy I want to cry. My body is on 1% emergency battery.

If the ME orgs just focus on one thing it should be getting fatigue removed from the top place on the NHS website, informing journos about it and jumping on any media that prioritises fatigue or tiredness when they are talking about #ME that can, and does kill people. #NotJustTired

Bei meinem ersten klar identifizierbaren Crash (PEM) war während einer Telko (im Homeoffice) plötzlich selbst die Energie weg um zuzuhören. Gerade so ins Bett gekrochen, eine Woche nur minimal rausgekommen, kaum denkfähig, Schüttelfrost und so elend wie selten gefühlt. #MECFS #notJustTired
