#Novellavember 7: Strange Dogs by James S.A. Corey (2017)

I haven't read/seen The Expanse because it's very sprawling, but this was a nice bite-sized piece of sci fi that felt like part of a larger world but not like I was missing anything. Will probably read more of these.

#Novellavember 6: A Mouthful of Dust by Nghi Vo (2025)

I love the Singing Hills Cycle so much and this was just as good at all the others. Creepy and sad and beautiful, I can't recommend this series enough.

Clear Light of Day by Anita Desai

Reading some Anita Desai for #Novellavember. I picked this book up secondhand several years ago after someone online recommended it to me several years before that. I love the internet.

My two novellas against a starry background: THE NIGHT LIBRARY OF STERNENDACH: A VAMPIRE OPERA IN VERSE, and THE GLASS GARDEN. The first has batwings, fangs, and a book on the cover. The other has white letters on a kaleidoscope image.
