He's in #NY17, next to my district, #NY16. Notably, he said many times he'd never vote for a reduction in Medicaid benefits. And then he voted for a reduction in Medicaid benefits.
Also, the notion that those in GOP districts get treatment denied to those in Dem. ones is perverse.
