Anyway, if it were Nayzak, she'd get to watch Azem and Emet-Selch nearly tear each other's throats out in 4k HD while Venat and Hythlodaeus try to pull them apart. Entertaining but not very productive. Eventually, they can be professional enough to move the plot along, though

Sinaya would only be pissed to find out that it's Elidibus who's used as the heart. She already is quite protective of Elidibus since he's younger than the others and eager to prove himself. (And she's completely in love with him and hates to see him give to people who never give back)

Sinaya is not a fan of Hades in general. She thinks he's up his own ass. She's a little distant from most in the convocation aside from Elidibus. So she wouldn't be surprised they all completely ice her out after summoning Zodiark.

OH FORGOT TO MENTION. Zenos is SO mad that he never got his rematch with Hanan. Fandaniel tells him that his friend is long dead, and he'd wanna legit kill Azem for that (as if it's her fault?)
So he still 1v1s her in space. And they both die there. She doesn't try to go back

At least, they'd get to see and say goodbye to Hanan properly in the Aetherial Sea. And I think perhaps Sinaya would choose death, and leave the "Hero" position open to someone who actually belongs among the living, unlike her living on borrowed time in a borrowed body.

As for any major events changing in either SHB or EW, I can't see it really happening. She has an easier time with Elpis? Since those are her mentor + coworkers. But yeah after EW she's have to make a choice, die and be with her friends or continue living. And it's a hard choice for her.

She'd at least confirm what he says about the Final Days, even if her memory of it is fuzzy. And would still go against Emet-Selch.
Elidibus, on the other hand, that would be a much harder confrontation for her, especially since he wouldn't remember her even if she told him who she was.

And at that point, she does NOT know what an ascian is, so she wouldn't know to mention her past association with them. They then have to have an awkward conversation immediately after meeting Emet-Selch, tho. She doesn't volunteer her identity to Emet-Selch if he hasn't noticed, though

The first person to suspect something is up would be Alisaie. And it would be after they're reunited with Thancred and Urianger that all of them (save for Y'shtola) confront her about it.
She doesn't bother hiding it once she's found been found out.

Everyone is so preoccupied with the war, the scions are in the First. So, although there are Signs(tm) --Azem's personality is a lot louder--nobody notices right away there's a change.
And then adding this layer of Emet Selch's feelings around the woman he loved professing her hate for him and running off with Azem because of what he did to protect her. And that when he finally meets his end, it's at the hands of the one bearing Azem's soul.
