The babies are saying "Gong hay" and "Fat Choy" as new years greetings. On either side of the babies are red dachshunds, each with a mandarin orange sprouting from their head for luck.

Ollie is a dude in his 20's, with a short side-swept Caeser haircut, a denim vest, and red shirt with bagg pants and combat boots. He has his arms and hands behind his head, relaxing in wonder and drooling slightly while staring at Basile's one soft boob. Basile smiles coyly at Ollie to distract him, while he takes a plastic baggie full of unknown crushed substance from Ollie's pants pocket. The caption reads "Goofus thinks getting a lapdance means that they're in love and will get married. Goofus doesn't notice that they only want the cookie in his pocket." That's a parody of the Goofus and Gallant comics, where Goofus does stupid shit and Gallant does the right thing.
