Since coming back from injury I havent been comfortable or felt in shape for runs longer than 3 miles. Not sure if it’s the heat/humidity, I am more tired lately, and I did gain a lil bit of weight. Maybe it’s a combination of a lot of things that’s making me feel this way. #over40runner #slowrunner

Race day is in 12 days!! During last year’s training block, I ran a 10k practice run at 11’04” pace and ran the race at 10’33”. This year I ran the practice run at 10’49”. Hopefully that means good things this year 😊 #running #over40runner #chunkyrunner #slowrunner #10ktraining
