First group lunch of the year! We had a good start to the year; 4 PhD Theses recently submitted, several papers, 2 new Honours students joining, and our Honours student from last year returning to do a PhD with a University Medal in tow. So we celebrated with a delicious Thai lunch! #ozchem #RNA
New paper alert! Miniemulsion polymerizations are so useful for many things. Yet, bringing them from the lab to scalable synthesis is something that isn't easy. Using a combo of spinning disk reactor and agitated reactors, we solved that issue! Well done, Gayathri!

The last days I am doing a lot of data analysis myself. The full bonanza - python scripts, statistics deep dive. While part of me is annoyed to do a lot of boring data formatting, the rest of me is excited like a 1st year PhD student. I get to do real research!
