So true. Back in 2007, we visited friends in London & brought homemade #panforte to share. I chipped my bottom, left incisor on (surely!) a nut. Got tooth fixed, finally, in 2023.

Last weekend we made a panpepato (a more heavily spiced panforte), our own recipe in accordance with the Sienese product specifications.
