I’ve been absolutely banjaxed by a dose NYE flu, so I’ve not gone far from the bed or sofa all day… however I still want to acknowledge those that put their running shoes on and got out there at 9am this morning! 👏

Volunteered at #rutlandwater junior #parkrun for 60 amazing junior #parkrunners. Followed up with a lovely 4 mile run in the sun - my longest since achilles treatment. Both rewarding and enjoyable ways to spend Sunday morning!

#HydePark #Leeds was #designed by the Victorians to be the green lungs of the city, giving residents of the terraced houses nearby somewhere to enjoy the outdoors. Today, it was enjoyed by more than 700 #parkrunners.
