Hina-Arare (Sweet Bite-sized Rice Crackers) These rice crackers are made from glutinous rice seasoned with salt or soy sauce and shaped into round pieces about 1 cm in diameter. The pink ones are made with shrimp and the green ones with green laver. In recent years, some varieties have been covered in chocolate.
