At a discussion with a panel of teenage girls at @dubcitycouncil.bsky.social #Pedalpalooza this year one of the key things they said that would encourage them was feeling safe.

That means investing in world class wide, segregated, integrated and maintained infrastructure.

I led a #pedalpalooza ride for the first time today and it went really smoothly! I dont know what I was expecting (a small handful would have been fine) but had at least 30-40 people show up. It was the pick-me-up that I didn't know I needed after the disappointment from #orleg yesterday.
