Jazzy as a puppy. She is standing on her back legs looking bright with her ears perked up all the way. Her chest is all white but her face is a beautiful abstract mix of blue/gray, white, black, and tan. I’m not sure exactly how old she is here, but it hadn’t been too long since they brought her home. Here she is in my first apartment the first time I puppysat.
Probably my favorite picture of Jazz. She is walking around the tree line of my parents’ yard, sniffing around like doggies like to do. The plant that I thought I knew the name of (but I guess not) is blooming in the grass and its purple flowers look nice against Jazz’s Merle blue coat.
Jazzy a few months ago sleeping soundly on my parents’ bed. The bed is too high for her to jump onto so she gets lifted up and down. Her pretty gray/blue and white fur looks soft. Her little face has reddish tan patches on her cheeks and eyebrows. She looks very peaceful.
Sad news from my parents today…their 16 year old sheltie, Jazzy, has kidney failure and will pass within a fortnight.
They have decided to say goodbye to her in their home on Friday.
Please send good vibes, kind thoughts, peace, and love.
